So Tell Me More About the Speed Shop...

With coaching catered to long distance runners, we develop, organize, and host event specific training. This can range from races of all distance, but each season tends to focus on a specific distance or race and typically lasts for 4-6 months. 

How Does The Speed Shop Work With Its Athletes?

The Speed Shop has found the sweet spot between individualized coaching, long-term training schedules, and group workouts. We’ve also put a limit on the number of individuals in the training program so as to find a balance between personalization and critical numbers. So what does this all mean? It means you have a coach who sees you regularly, other motivated athletes to train with, and a carefully crafted training schedule that guides you.

What Type of Runner Does The Speed Shop Cater To?

We have coaching experience and a love for working with athletes of all abilities. Currently, our community is composed of a majority of pretty speedy runners, but don’t let that scare you. In our minds, speed is relative! So if you have a desire to improve or grow in your running, we would love to support your energy and spirit.
