With coaching catered to long distance runners, we develop, organize, and host event-specific training. This can range from races of all distance, but each season tends to focus on a specific distance or race and typically lasts for 4-6 months.

How Does The Speed Shop Work With Its Athletes?

The Speed Shop has found the sweet spot between individualized coaching, long-term training schedules, and group workouts. So what does that all mean? It means you have a coach who sees you regularly, other motivated athletes to train with, and a carefully crafted training schedule that guides you.

What Type of Runner Does The Speed Shop Cater To?

We have coaching experience and a love for working with athletes of all abilities. Currently, our community is composed of a majority of pretty speedy runners, but don’t let that scare you. In our minds, speed is relative! So if you have a desire to improve or grow in your running, we would love to support your energy and spirit.
