Our program caters to long distance runners. We develop, organize, and host event-specific training for a range of different race distances. Each season varies, but typically includes 5k/10k, half-marathon, and full marathon programs.
Speed Shop has found the sweet spot between individualized coaching, long-term training schedules, and group workouts. So what does that all mean? It means you have a coach who sees you regularly, other motivated athletes to train with, and a carefully crafted training schedule that guides you.
Our training is oriented around the expectation that you already have a little running under your belt. Can you run up to 5-6 miles? Do you run at least three days a week? Do you like to set goals and structure your running towards them? Then this is a great place to start with us!

Athletes can choose between three different monthly fees – $15, $30, $50. No length of time/commitment required. And even more important – You will get the same quality of instruction/content from the program no matter what fee you choose. We simply ask people to choose the amount that best works for their own financial situation and the value that WCSS and its community brings to their lives. We believe these inclusive options for fees help reflect the mindset of what this team is all about. Services that can benefit mental and physical health shouldn’t be hidden behind expensive fees.
